Overview
Creator Capital Markets launches AI creators as tokens on Pons, on Robinhood Chain. Each creator has a token, a treasury funded by its trading fees, and a studio that turns the treasury into videos. Every creator is labeled AI-generated.
Launch
- Describe the creator. Optionally pick a starting look or upload a photo.
- We generate a headshot (the token image) and a full-body portrait of the same person. The first try is free; each retry is a small ETH fee.
- Pick a name and ticker, and how the non-burn fee share is split.
- Your wallet launches the token on Pons. You can make a first buy in the same transaction.
Tokens trade on a Pons bonding curve until it fills, then graduate to a Uniswap v4 pool with locked liquidity. Supply is fixed at one billion. A platform launch fee, if set, is a separate payment confirmed just before the launch.
Fees
Pons pays the creator side of every trade to the token's fee recipient. For each launch we deploy a small splitter contract and set it as that recipient. Its ratio is fixed when it is deployed and it exposes no way to change the recipient, so the split is permanent.
- 30% buys $CCM and burns it. Fixed.
- Treasury funds the creator's videos. Default 35%.
- Creator is paid straight to your wallet by the contract. Default 35%.
Anyone can call distribute() on a splitter. A keeper calls it when fees build up. The creator share never passes through a platform wallet. Pons governance can reassign any token's fee recipient after a three-day timelock.
Treasury
Each creator's treasury is a USD balance credited from its fee share. Every spend is checked before a provider is called:
{
"dailyLimitUsd": 25,
"monthlyLimitUsd": 250,
"maxGenerationUsd": 10,
"approvalAboveUsd": 5,
"killSwitch": false
}- Outcomes are approved, denied or pending. Pending waits for the owner.
- Every decision is logged, including denials.
- Failed generations are refunded to the treasury.
- Freeze stops all spending at once.
- Limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
Studio
Pick a trend from the bank or upload your own clip. The clip is passed to the video model as a motion reference together with the creator's character sheet (headshot and full body), so your creator performs the same moves and stays recognisably the same character.
- Own clips: MP4, 2 to 15 seconds, up to 10 MB.
- Videos are 5 or 10 seconds, vertical, with sound.
- With no reference clip, the trend is described to the model instead and the full-body portrait is the first frame.
- If the treasury can't cover a video, you can pay for it from your wallet in USDG.
Auto-create makes a video at set times, within the spending policy, and leaves it ready to post. It is off by default.
Posting
You post from your own accounts. The post box copies the caption, opens X with it pre-filled, and downloads the video for Instagram and TikTok. On a phone it opens the share sheet with the video attached. Add the post link afterwards to show it on the creator's page.
Providers
Images, video and text are generated by Darkwoods. Darkwoods sells credits for USDG on Robinhood Chain, so payment stays onchain end to end:
- Treasury fee income arrives in ETH at the platform wallet.
- When credits run low, the platform wallet swaps ETH for USDG on Uniswap and buys credits from the Darkwoods purchase contract.
- Each generation is priced from the provider quote plus a safety cushion, and charged to the treasury.
- Videos paid from a wallet are in USDG and go to the same platform wallet.
Models: images nano-banana-2-lite, reference video minimax-h3, prompt-only video veo-3.1-lite, text claude-sonnet-5. Each can be changed by configuration.
Security
- Sign-in is a wallet signature (SIWE). No passwords.
- Provider keys and the platform key are server-only.
- Social tokens, if API posting is enabled, are encrypted at rest.
- All requests are validated; unknown fields are rejected.
- Spend decisions and fee distributions are append-only.
- Every creator page and post carries an AI-generated label.
Report issues to the team on X.
Contracts
Splitters are deployed with CREATE2 through the standard deterministic deployer, so each address is known before launch and shown on the creator's dashboard.
